They didnt. When I told them why I wanted to leave, that T-Mobile gave unlimited data for £12.50 (for use on a laptop), the guy said ok and started the process.

very disappointed about o2 start charging 0845 and 0870 numbers. Although I won't be affected by that but not sure about when I upgrade my contract.

See thing is I've noticed already alot of peeps on here seem to want data, data and more data, thats not something alot of networks specialise in, so for data yes T-Mobile is good, but I still wouldn't choose their tariffs for voice/texts, hence why I went with Three two years running (for the first time ever, i used to change every year).
