Both the yellow version and the W580i should be fine as it was a chemical in the green paint causing the cracking.

Hi I recently bought the s500i phone and I was wondering, my phone label (not the battery label) says 07/W27 and I was wondering is this free of the keypad problem or should I return it and get one made after? I have the black and mysterious green one by the way.

Has anyone found any replacement parts for this? i bought mine off ebay( i live in canada) and i phoned se about it they said send it back to the seller, but i cant becuase its over a week old..any replacement keypads on the internet at all?

My Gray w580i has cracked on the number 4 key. It still works but you can see the back light thru the hair line crack that runs from the top to bottom. Ill take it back to the CPW today
