P1i is made in China, as Skrue confirmed to me.
If you look at the label on the box in this pic, you can see 'Made in China' on it:

No Arabic keyboard here....AFAIK even the M600i sold here never had arabic keyboard.

Yes I know the M600i never had an Arabic keyboard neither did any SE UIQ phone... But as posted in this thread, the P1's white paper clearly indicates the availability of Arabic language support. Another guy also posted that he saw a P1 prototype in Bahrain and it had arabic...
Searched the net and found these pictures:

They show a prototype with an arabic interface, yet still no arabic keyboard.
Maybe your phone has an arabic UI? Can you check if it has one?
