Indeed they are. SE have seriously disappointed me. The one time I choose to go with them, and they screw it up.

yeah i also lost my stuff when updated on seus, big clock gone,how do i get these features back, did u resolve this problem would like to hear, as mine exactly the same. Peed off with losing games with update also master reset.
suppose i have to live with it until a newer update comes out

I was bitten by the reboot-every-30-seconds bug, and a firmware update to R1CA039 with SEUS just fixed it!
Luckily I had barely enough battery left for the update, since in the buggy mode it was unable to recharge!

Any info on when the new firmware is coming, wasn't it said somewhere it would come in january, and do you know wether it just fixes bugs or adds also features, because there are a few things that I would want to see added, for example : changing the details displayed in Inbox view, like I was able to do on my K750i, but just couldn't find it on w910 yet. Wallpaper of eclipse and soundscape theme are not fullscreen (black bars, top and bottom)which I think they should change!
Also my campictures have a horrible green tint on the edges :
Anybody else have this !

Got my W910i just yesterday, works great without any sightning of the problems mentioned in this topic.
I am using a "limited edition" only released in Sweden (Kent Edition) but the phone reports the 1200-9213-RC1A039-071029, so it should be the same firmware as everyone else. The phone is generic.
I know that SEMC updated the platform with K850i and W910i, a new release from EMP (Ericsson Mobile Platforms), so I guess they are still ironing out a lot of bugs etc. But it still is sad to read that so many people seem to have problems with the phone.
Hopefuly we should see a new firmware soon, lets keep our fingers crossed...

I got this PROBLEM with my w910i - the MEGA BASS is producing to much bass and cracking sound now, AFTER I UPDATED IT WITH THE LATEST FIRMWARE R1DA038.. (before the mega bass was ok). i tried to buy new headsets but the same problem, also tried to play the same music to w810i and it was clear OK.. i think its on the firmware ..
so far thats the only problem, big clock display is still fine, viewing pics is better (it has animation when u scroll/ view next pic)- but now the walkman mega bass has problem.. is there a way i can rollback firmware?
anyone here experiencing the same problem?
help pls.. tnx

Just got a w910i branded 3 in australia. seems to work well. or did!
i have just had the issue of putting it in to mass storage mode. after doing this my walkman button and 'launcher' (3's shortcut to planet 3) soft button doesnt work any more. the walkman shortcut and launcher shortcut in the menu doesnt work either.
The walkman software still works fine tho..
one other thing i have noticed is that when you select the menu item that doesnt work, the animations for the icons freeze.
any clues on this?
firmware is r1ca029 and seus says no updates are available
its a w44 phone too.. so that doesnt bode well...
