I honestly want this phone so bad but im still using my xperia z...dammit...if this had a led flash it would have been perfect cos I do use it on the xz quite a bit as a torch...

completely agree. cannot understand why.
Im currently using XZ and considering to upgrade to XZU.

I am getting this device when it becomes available in US. I never got into the whole tablet bandwagon as I don't wanna carry 2 devices and it doesn't have internet access all the time, unless your tablet has Cellular modem, but that is extra cost and again carrying 2 devices. I don't really care about the lack of flash as I use my NEX-5R for photography in which the Z Ultra can then controll and upload the pics. For me, this device is a win win. Having a cellphone that can access the internet all the time with a big screen of a table but not having to carry 2 devices all the time. I may have to buy the new bluetooth headset though, so I don't look funny when making a phone call.
