As of Nov.1 Globe will unblock all WAP sites... unfortunately, wala ng free WAP, your surfing will be billed at P0.25/kb.

Called up Globe 211 - they moved the Nov 1 date. Thing is, they don't know when the charging will start or when the WAP blockade will be lifted. We are left hanging again.

i agree with u all.... globe really sucks.... they didnt unblocked the wap until further notice... what do they think about us..... wap addicts.... thats stupid... they don't give free text anymore 4 prepaids... except for free meals @ jolibee... huh!

i thought globe would allow access to other wap sites asides from their own useless one albeit with a fee. i don't mind that as long as i could go to other sites. i mean, sayang naman features ng phone ko and globe's site and its ota services are obviously nokia biased. but when i tries accessing other wap sites AFTER their said date of "opening" (nov. 1) i still get the freakinly irritating message" site unavailable. and when i do try to download from their site there's always a problem with their connection and more often than not their downloads, especially wallpapers, are not complete!
hay... i've been subscribing to them for the past 3 years. now i think i'm regretting my switch from smart.
any of you guys out there have my similar fate?
