The redirectiom worked. The files after that did not(too large). Old stuff worked midi ect

There is still to work... but i don't have so much free time..

I have a question that nobody answered: can you see the thumbnails for pics/screensavers via WAP?
New service added:
"resize an image for you phone". You can resize an image to another resolution (eg: you seen a cool K700 image and you want it too on your t300, so do a resize and save some space & fit better on screen!)
Ah and you can even introduce external images URLs for resizement
Test (web) with external images:

What do you think guys about this? Stupid idea?

Hello to all.
WAPiX is back after about 2 weeks of unavaiability (again
). I had upload about 1 week ago, but since there was some dificulties I thought that it will be fixed soon, but the admin can't fix it right now...
In principle the new changes are:
- added some new AMR & WAV tones
- removed ALL games/programs
- upload space is now larger, 20MB (instead 10)
- improved the wap search engine
- had to remove the "resize image" functione because a PHP library (GD) is not (curently) installed on the actual host. Also no more automatiac generation of uploaded images
I'd removed the games/programs because i want to keep wapix legally..
However you can upload games/apps (for private use) but i'm not responsable for the uploaded material.
More content will be added when I have some more free time.
I'm busy right now.
The site can be accessed by:
wap: xpc.go.ro/wap.wml
web: xpc.go.ro/wap/
(don't forget these addresses, since the host where are the wapix files may change, but these addresses won't change..)
THE PROBLEMS:
- cannot write to files (guestbook, stats, etc)
- cannot upload to files
So as you see these are host permission problems, I hope they' will be fixed soon..
Any sugestion is welcomed...
