Well my-symbian's review came out a bit late (only when the official white paper was released). All the other reviews came before the official annoucement so that means their reviews are not quite official. And may even be all speculation.
Just my thoughts.

Maybe it has a dedicated graphics engine or something. but I think won't be twice as fast as the P800. It would just be able to render better 3d graphics. All-in-all the speed won't be faster by a large / noticable degree (as my-symbian mentioned).
