Without flip it is very very beautiful. with flip it makes it look very big and it weigh much more. if you put a screen protector then you can safely tuch the screen even with your hands!

Flip on for me, allows for one handed SMSing when I'm walking down the street. FWIW, I've had quite a few phones and PDA's over the years, and to my mind the P900 is the perfect combination of the two. Look forward to a slightly lighter/slimmer P1000 (or whatever it will be called0 when ever it arrives, as its just SLIGHTLY on the bulky side. a few mm here and there and a few grams less will make a world of diference.

This days i always use it whitout the flip. I use Tracker4 and find it very handy and fast to use shortcuts as speed dial, speed sms, mms etc. And i use a screen protecter.

As soon as I get my screen protector, I'm gonna try it without the flip. The flip however, makes it look so much like a very sophisticated celfone (which it actually is, anyway!)

Without flip for my p800. I do a lot of reading /surfing so the flip was just a nuisance. And I can put it face down on top of the table or my clie tg50 without being worried that something might get on my screen while eating or drinking coffee. Besides, I think the behind of the p800 is much sexier to look at!

@ soNburst, not really cause I don't use the stylus. I use my fingers... thumb when dialing with one hand. Even when writing SMS I use the virtual keyboard w/ ezitap usng my finger. But for long emails I use my clie tg50 with built-in keyboard and just beam it to the p800 for transmission.

And i just always leave the phone in desk view with tracker 2.
