hey
i think it would be good if the ants did something when you skip a go
like on worms they did a like jump with the skipping rope.
i like the googles they wear when using the jetpack, its very cute!

You need to get a copy of version 1.10, it has many cool new things and some bug fixes.

I am so embarrased! Erm... I've never seen that before. I guess it is similar to the problem where you wipe out the AI and it gives you one last turn. I'm looking into that tonight.
> However, I had two ants left, but it didn't give me a choice either
I'm also looking at that tonight too! Hopefully the next version will be entirely bug free! I'm afraid that whilst I update the game really quickly some versions will be slightly buggy. (1.09 was an absolute horror!)
> since you cannot link the ants with the selection of the arena
I was thinking about having the option to drop the ants texture page into the maps list to override the default graphics.
> Well it's your choice as it is your game.
I see it as your game... you're the one's who are parting with your money for it.

I will be working on the animations a bit over the coming weeks. I think it is the area in which the game is most lacking currently.

Nope, they should be created the correct way up. The resolution is very important though, if they are not the right size they may look quite bad.
> if i reduce the colours to 256 i loose the transparentcy
I've never used Photoshop 8.0 so I don't know much about that. I use Photoshop 7.0 and use the alpha channel to set the transparency, that survives reduction to 256 colours and back to 32 bit again.
Perhaps I should host some example tgas on my website?
> do u think 2 make this game on series 60 fonez?
Nope, I have no plans to make versions for other platforms. I simply don't have the time.
Cheers,
Tom

Hi Tom,
Sorry for the faulty bckgrnds. Unfortunately this was done due to overwhelming speed and unconcentrated actions.
i can remake them if you are short on time.
Drop me a word.

CONT.
though, why do you need such a differentiated in size bckgrnd?
Perspective or phone memory issues?
