Yes its possible for roaming on PAYG but I dnt knw if the GPRS is free while abroad cos I havent tried it yet.wait til my next holiday when ever that is

Something else I found will using these settings, which might explain y some people are getting charged. While I was using these settings for free GPRS I tried to open a web page from opera but it didnt work but I got charged for some reason. So therefore these settings are free for anything to do with WAP and will charge if you try to connect to anything associated with the WEB (even though you cant connect), i.e. opera, messenger clients, pop3, and any other WAP stuff. Hope this helps for those who are getting charged

@dekesh - i use opera to connect to web pages with my o2 pay and go sim, i always use it in my p900 to connect to web free. I also use it in my p900 and use the p900 as gprs modem with pc and don't get charged.

how can you connect to web pages because no pages display on opera using the free PAYG GPRS.also are you able to access messenger clients for free as well?

@dekesh - not tried messenger pages, but can access all regular html pages with opera and builtin browser on p900 using pay and go gprs and never get charged a penny. This is also the case using p900 as a gprs modem with pc.

I tried using opera but nothing happens the page just freezes and its say 1kb in the page status in the top right of opera.Is it just some pages you can access with opera using these free settings?give me an example of a page you can access through opera with these settings and i will give it a shot and let u guys know the results.
