Flexidata and
Komplett sell the ms-6967 and ship to Norway.
But it seems like both of them are sold out for the moment. I bought two from Komplett one week ago

MS-6967:
is a USB device for any PC with a USB port. But the
MS-6968:
is for (msi) mainboards with special
pinheads.

Are you 100% sure that the "thing" at Komplett is actually the 6967? Because a sales rep there answered to me that what they where selling is a special kind of remote controll to lock the pc and that it only works with that special motherboard. I think they might have put the wrong picture next to the product information.
I asked them if they would consider starting to sell 6967 and 6968 (with the 6968 you can get 200 meters coverage!) but I have not recived a response yet.

PS If you have recived the product and can CONFIRM that it is indeed the 6967, nothing would please me more right now
