Did any 1 figure out how to copy/paste any number or word in a message or whtv. SE K750i is my first SE phone and i've very happy with it. did the K700 have the copy/paste feature. i mean, my v.old N3650 had the copy/paste option.
I know that it is possible to highlight a word or sumn by holdin the volume button, but after that u dont have any options. it's just highlighted, i dont even c the point of it being just high lighted.
if any 1 knows or figures out how to copy/paste please post.

There is no copy and paste function that anyone knows of. To get features like that, you need a smart phone. I'm gonna remove my mention of it in the heading thread because people keep asking the same question

You may all know this, it may even be in this thread. But I can't bebothered to look.
If you hold down the # key when writing a text you can change the language. I get options of German, English, French, Turkish, Std abc and 123...
Not that I'll ever use it as I only know English and I'm not very good at that.

re above, if you only use one language go into settings - general - language - writing language and untick all the languages you don't use.
I leave mine as English and 123, then when you pres # it will take you straight to number input mode and press again to go back to text.
If you want to use multitap as a one off hold * to turn off T9 and again to turn it back on.
Cheers

Hi all!
nice to meet you - I'm quite new in this forum, seems full of nice people. Hope you'll forgive my bad english, I'm italian.
I'm writing because I've recently got a k750i, and I'm fully satisfied with it - great phone!! It only has a strange bug... and I was wondering if anyone else has it, I can't seem to find it reported anywhere.
When I turn it on, the joystick shortcuts are: < = write new; v = contacts; ^ and > = unbound. Pressing > and ^, the phone kindly asks me if I want to bind an action. Either if I bind it this way, or via the options menu (settings? Whatever), it only stays bound until I turn the phone off. When I turn it on again, they're re-set.
I'm baffled. Can anyone address me to a solution?
Thanks,
m4n0

think this is a big in the firmware that you are using.... try updating your phone to the newsest available using SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) AFAIK this sorts out the problems.

Thanks for answering,
my fw is the latest available, I reckon - the one with 'L' (sorry I don't have the telephone handy). Could you please post the web address of SEUS? The posted links doesn't work for me.

I have noticed the same bug. The software update service is in the support area on the main
www.sonyericsson.com site under software downloads. I haven't bothered updating the firmware yet (because I don't have the SE PC suite installed on my PC, like to keep my PC running clean). Let me know if updating the software fixes it.
@cmgangrel btw, what does AFAIK mean?
