If the low end A6400 has Real Time Tracking, Xperia deserves too.

S10 6/128 is tipped to be $950.
It as 3300mAh, probably same 12MP 1/2.55" wide and single selfie.
If they charged $800, $900 and $1000 last year, of course Xperia may reach $1200 or $1400.

Have anyone tried its auto focus? sounds good to have 0.02s which 0.01s faster than Xperia(s)
and all other Sony camera
YouTube review said its tracking still slower than a9 , but its the fastest auto focus within 1000 dollars. This camera is more for vlogging because of its flip up screen. If you not vlog often and has the money to spend , I highly recommend get a9 , or wait for announcement of the rumored high end Aps c a7000.
TLDR do more homework and research before you buy the a6400.

If they can make the phone outperform RX100 except for zoom, they should do it.
At least money comes back to them.
Pocket cams wont be around much longer.
They have a FF cybershot ( RX1 I think) which costs a lot, more than A7R3.
Too expensive for a compact.
