@ ayush.. Most definitely mention your headache and all the tests u have done for it... such a long term headache should not be neglected.
@ mrao..yup i'm in final year MBBS...and i did try to cure a patient once with a "jaadu ki Jhappi" but got slapped instead because she didn't like it. Since that day i've abandoned the way munnabhai practises... back to good old scientifically proven medicines.

Better to carry them... Especially the imaging ones. The CT scan and EEG... they are like a photographic record to compare Then and Now,in case they decide to repeat an investgation. Blood tests and all are really not very necessary. It's always better to carry them though.
