I've used the P1i before and I do agree it's a darn good phone! The newer models seem to have a smaller screen and I find that a bit of a disadvantage. Sigh.

at first look P1i is bulky since i was with a guy holding a G900 for weeks..... but then P1i now is cheap...KLIA authorized set RM1299 i hope i didn't ends up buying more expensive then outside since KLIA is famous to be expensive due to rent there is high
W960 is at RM1699...it got a more logic looking keypad and 8GB but at the end I still choose P1....
but still not finish setup

nice forum. just found it 3 days ago and decided to join in.
I just got the new SE G900 last weekend. I am a long time user of Nokia and Motorola phones. This is my first.
I do not know about the rest of the SE models but, i noticed that this G900 reception is weaker? I mean i can see that the signal strength is indeed lower than my previous phones.
Is there any issues?

but at times reception could be different from phone to phone.
some nokia model like N76 which i used before also having some issue here and there like reception and hang. G900 ....I didn't use it but do take note that it lack of Edge and HSDPA....not so sure but I just kinda feel even my P1 is not getting good reception when I am at area which confirmed to have HSDPA...maybe the network setup. Of course i am not expert and just based on my observation.
maybe you can ask it at other thread in Esato...
especially now majoiryt of the gurus at this thread seem to have abandone this thread

btw if you don't mind a small screen....G900 is similar price for authorized set at 1699 vs P1 authorize set
of course now I know the pain of the touch focus of G900....seem not as good for using it...even for digital camera too i guess tht is not good.
but the reseller told me G900 music player quality is very good.

But I still have problem getting the camera produce good picture, I am not satisfy with those picture taken indoor, still playing with those setting, and it seems to me that without image stabilizer, the picture is better. Never have any opportunity to use the touch focus yet.
Also I have Keypad light problem remain unsolved, from sometime on, sometime don't want to light up until it's totally off now.
But overall a good phone.
