Just think when the Z1010 comes out with the 100m range it will be the ultimate BJ phone

Well, a friend of mine who has a P800 one day told me 'bout this thread, and then we went downtown (this was in the middle of the night) to a Phone-shop who leave some phones on at night. We (me with my T610 and he with his P800) flooded the only phone being on and with bluetooth (a Siemens S55) with msgs saying "Buy SonyEricsson!" and "Sony Ericsson rulez!". We send perhaps 15-20 of them...

Wonder what the salesmen thought in the morning?!

Love Sony Ericsson

Talking about jacking stuff in shops, if anyone is operating in Brighton, theres a computer hooked up with bluetooth at the Dixons in Churchill Sq. (ID is "Dixons.co.uk computer" - hey! how imaginative! )

I've tried a few times to connect but no cigar, anyway, the dipshit shop noddies always seem to follow me around when i walk in there.

I found myself in the middle of a lot of Bluetooth enabled Nokias today, as well as a few unknown phones.

I think it was a group of Mormons or something, I'm not sure.

I saw one Asian girl using a 3650, so I immediatly got my T610, had a fight with the stupid keylock system and tried to send my 'The Matrix has you' contact (need to come up with something more original).

My phone found lots of phones all of a sudden, three 3650's, a 7650 and two unknown phones (everytime I did a search a different combination would come up, probably because the people in the group were walking around a bit).

Anyway, I couldn't send my contact to any of them, they all timed out while connecting, really frustrating

Today I managed to do my first bluejacking! I had been out with a couple of friends and we were sitting in a (sort of a) cafe. Just feeling a little bored (since the girls had gone home, it was later than 01:00), I took my T610 out of its pouch (the old one, the one I also used with my T65) and did a scan. Wow! Three phones found! Though the first one was one of the girls' T68i to whom I had sent a picture of herself half an hour ago.
Never mind, the other two were "Nokia7650" and "3650". Stupid brick users, they don't even take the time to change their phone's name to something more original. I changed my phone name from "iPhone (T610) : dsc :" to "Club Nokia". Tried to send a contact named "Γειά σου Ρούλη!" to the 7650, a greek equivalent of "Hello there, {insert any name here}". It was sent though I couldn't notice anyone acting strangely. Then I sent "The Matrix has you." and voila!, a man about 25 to 30 jumped out of his chair! He'd better not have done so. However, since the music was loud and we were about 3 tables apart, I could not hear what he was telling. I kept sending three more messages to him, "virus detected" and "antivirus deactivated" as well as "formatting memory". He was looking around all the time, too bad I couldn't take a photo of him. He shut off his mobile afterwards and I kept laughing quietly...
I did the same with the other found phone as well, changing the name to "You can't escape us." though this time I heard an audible alert when the second contact was received. The owner was a boy about 16 or so, younger than me, with an ugly t-shirt. You konw, those stupid things they call "trendy". You'll get it, I thought. I sent him the same contacts, but now as well wanted to send a photo! I pretended I wanted to go to the toilet to pass in front of him. He was at the time busy, talking to his girlfriend (so I thought). The first photo was of poor quality, so I chanced a second returning to my seat. It wasn't as disappointing, so I named it "We CAN see you." and also created two more contacts, both about being watched by the Matrix, and sent them. He was looking awkward, not knowing what was happenning to his so-trendy phone. Time for the pic now. Too glad he was too stupid or curious (can't tell what ) to accept it. That was it! my:se: vs. brick owners 2-0!
He kept on looking towards the direction where the photo was taken. There were some kids at his age and he went over and talked to them. This loud music is uncomfortable as proven... again, couldn't hear what he was saying. He seemed not to be able to sort out what was happenning.
STUPID owners who just buy phones because they're Nokias and because everyone else buys them -a vicious circle.
Had to leave by the time, it was late and I wanted to share this over here . Didn't let the chance of another bluejacking on the way home escape me. Since my friends (brick owners too) had enjoyed this "experience" as much as I did, we were walking slowly, very slowly with my mobile scanning all the time. At some point a "Άγνωστη..." appeared (it means "Unknown"). Three at a single time, that was out of my imagination! This time it was a bit difficult to find out who the owner was so I sent a contact about the Matrix again. Now I could go to sleep calm, serene and happy...
Going to try more tomorrow and the day after and the day after that...
The above incidents took place in Trikala, Greece.

I also suggest we keep tracks of bluejacking phones in a way similar to the one I use below. Maybe someone will be able to create a better template than mine. I only give the idea!

___________
experience: First one!. phones bluejacked: "Nokia7650", "3650", "unknown".

Lucky you..

i already told u about my experience w coworker. that did not feel a real bluejacking..
last friday i went to beach.. on the way visited a supermarket for sixpack:D

there i was w my friend , bought a sixpack slipped em to my backpack and an extra bottle for a walk to beach..

while i paid for my beers and waitin for my friend i browsed the ether for some bluetooth waves.. and found 6310 or somthing.. quickly sent a contact.. but lost that device walked around and tried to find it again.. and voila it was oon my screen again.. my friend looked at me like I am some freak or whatever..

so i lost that ohone again and we walked away.. me explainin my weird acting.. he opened his beer and asked, where is mine(the extra one for a walk) I had to run back and luckly it was waitin for me

so the point is that u can loose girlfriends while addicted to bluejacking and you can also loose your beer..
its a dangerous business:D

vr@ still waitin for his first real bluejackin experience..
