Mriley, try to reflash ur phone again. and extract the main firmware.
So now u can sure that u have same phone_app.cxc
Patching it.
And dont forget to find phone_emp_app.cxc and patch it with heapshift. And upload both of them to ur phone. It should be work.

Use far cxc patcher method instead of using a2uploader method. It was 100% succesfull method.
Make sure your phone state was "DEVELOPER", not RETAIL one (use identify in A2Uploader)

Btw, what firmware version with MAIN and FS should i use to flash C901 i think main and fs need to be the same for this but i cant find FS and MAIN that go with same region for example Western Europe 028 FS and Generic MAIN i dont think they would work together?

When its done, drag on C901_R1GA028_MAIN_GENERIC_FI_RED53.mbn to read3150.exe and u'll sure get same phone_app.cxc with inside ur phone, and patch it.
