yeah well i've worn glasses constantly from when i was 8 till 16, then contacts for the last 7 years, so it's about time i got rid. A bloke in our IT dept had it done to both eyes at same time coz he's too squeamish(you're only sposed to do one at a time, then the other a month or so later), and he said he didn't feel a thing, and he was up the pub a few hours later watchin footy!

bastid bargainhost still haven't moved the tags for my site over to 1&1 and even haven't answered my last 5 requests for thewm to do so
plus looks like i wil have to set up phpadmin on 1&1 myslef - mixin et all is this normal with a host to set up ur own databases and phpadmin etc manually urself? dont mind tbh as it is good to learn but probably a little complex

On mine I click a button fill in a password and hey presto phpbb2.
What tags are you talking about you can keep bargainjokehost as your domainname peeps just change the nameservers to point to 1&1.

dunno m8 bargainhost need to change some tags so i can use guru4u.co.uk with 1&1 - until they do it im screwed
with 1&1 u have to manulayy set up phpbb or u can use their own forum liek u but i dont know what forum they provide.. ive emailed them. rather do it myself tho for peace of mind if i ver have to move again etc etc
also have to manually set up phpadmin and looks reasonably difficult tbh.. anyone here done it themselves?

the d/l from phpbb and upload to your site is easy. When I did it there were some questions I had on file locations but the configuration was done by the setup prog. Thn I found I could do it automatically through my host so then just pressed the button.
What 1&1 pakage are you on?
r/click open with then select wpad and click the always thingy
