Yes it include some patches, open it to delete the patch if ure not using it.

Is it yours? Maybe you've forgot to include its cache, so others couldn't see what are patched inside a cxc file.

What kind of OS You've used?
At windows 7 it store in c:user/%your username%/appdata/roaming/farcxcpatcher/cache/
At xp...i dont know exactly but i think it was same as like as 7.
Just find it and share if you wanna share your phone_app.cxc
