the fact is
the rumour that Paris is cancelled is true, but not Paris as a phone or project, just Paris as Hardware platform
always changes the codename if they change/upgrade the hardware, just some internal recognistion stuff ( they just said Hecaro & Paris to recognize it wether they meant the new or old hardware platform ), and coz Paris has been upgraded, then Paris is cancelled and long live Hecaro

Paris = the new P flagship in old Hardware
Hecaro = the same new P flagship in new Hardware
so when the rumours that Paris is cancelled floated, is true as the cancelled is ( the new P flagship in it's old Hardware ), and the later wont be canceled unless there's ( a new P flagship in new Hardware ) wich is Hecaro
any way, where's all those frustrated guys here about Paris being old Hardware, your wishes comes to live with
as they upgraded Paris to Hector

as I remeber through this thread Paris had another codename before Paris...
anyone remember when PK return his "Paris" Prototype to do some Hardware upgrade.... after that codename changed to PARIS
so it's seems it happened again
and as Xajel Said Hecaro the new codename for Paris

Oh, that reminds me, I read today in a swedish newspaper that SEs music service PlayNow is delayed until late August.
Maybe we'll see some Walkman announcements around that time, though that is pure speculation from my side and not stated in the article.

I fail to see why high resolution screen must equal bad battery life. The X1 has a WVGA screen and has 10 hrs of GSM talktime and ~6 hrs of 3G talktime.
