What about the Xperia Z1, Tablet Z and Z Ultra? Do they use IPS or TFT?

Almost every LCD screen (TN, VA, IPS, MVA etc) uses a Thin-film transistor (TFT) Even AMOLED. I Mean TFT is not a screen panel
