sony makes oled displays, but it's for pricey products like pro oled monitors, oled viewfinders or other pro equipments.

it's not only about the tech , if sony believe they can sell 50 million phone with 1000 euro price ticket maybe
they'll use these 3300 ppi+ 1000 nit oled micro displays for phones.

They are too cautious and also at same time with limited resources (money) because it required to make huge restructure company in the past years.
If Sony don't appointed Kaz to running this corporation, you may find this business fallen down the same path of other Japanese electronics makers, Panasonic, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Toshiba maybe worse scenario as Sharp though.
Those companies mention above is still running somewhere but faded and limited to consumer business.

i know reasons about cautious, kaz really did very well especially comparing to other japanase tech companies.
but the time is coming they need make bold moves if they want to stay in mobile phone business,
well designed phone ,4k hdr oled screen with competitive camera and onscreen fps will be a good start if they can make it.

I really want a Z4T. But is not sold here.
It still kinda expensive, hard to find cheaper than $580.
With shipping and taxes , it would probably cost me $850 or more.

Z4T is pretty old. surprised they are still pushing for it when sony will probably stop supporting it in a year.

Kinda weirdo to us in consumer business, but the actual job might not needed for latest OS to make it work
