@REO

The information Rookwise gave you regarding the differences between the S700i and the S700a is correct, but I was of the understanding that the inclusion of EDGE in the S700a was at the cost of the radio feature. Could someone verify this?

@Scotsboy. The S700a does have a radio feature but not EDGE. The S710 has EDGE
People can check out the comparisons on the GSM arena site

Btw The black version of the S700 with EDGE is called an S710

@Sc0tsboyuk and Rookwise

The Official SE site never made mention of radio in there specs section.

Was this an added feature after initial production?

@REO

Which SE website are you looking at? The UK website lists the S700 as having a FM radio.

It DOES have a FM Radio. As a S700 user i can assure you that the radio is present. FM stereo with 20 preset radio stations.

For tip, while searching for radio station with auto search is recommended that you should stand still at a particular place. After you get the desired channel better save it immediately.
Auto search while moving will cause a failure to catch some channels especially weak one. But after you save the channels it can catch it quite well independent whether you are moving or not.

Open the .jad file on your pc. It should open with Notepad. Somewhere in the file you see a url with a .jar extension.

Point the wapbrowser on your S700 to that url and the .jar will be downloaded.
