That is not the X1, proportions are totaly off and the front is different above and under the display. Might be a deliberately poor PS though.

Judging from the thickness and the two touchkey indicators under the display this could be, if it is not a photoshop, the QWERTY/dpad-less X1. Screen is almost the same, and it's running WinMob, too.
edit: The indicators could as well be blurred to hell text. :|

Whats the point of releasing another WM one that looks almost exactly the same. Surely people would go for the X1 instead. It sounds so stupid. There are people here just waiting for the same thing but with UIQ, and here they go and release it in WM again...to mock us.
