Considering their price range I don't know if we'll see OLED on the consumer side from Sony anytime soon. There's also the question of 1080p vs. 4k. Sony is making a push for 4k as their high end, and triluminos gives their LCD TVs OLED-like colour levels. They may feel this gives them the best of both worlds until 4k OLED can be perfected to the point where it's ready for entry into the consumer level market. From all the talk that was going on at CES, I'd guess this isn't until 2015 or so.
For TVs, remember they also have Crystal LED kicking around in the background which has the potential to provide all of OLEDs advantages with none of its disadvantages.
For the PS Vita screen, that comes from Samsung. I've never heard of Sony getting it from multiple vendors, so it seems like they're all from Samsung.
As for triluminos in mid rangers, just like all new technologies you can expect them to eventually trickle down. Considering the fact that this tech seems easy enough to implement that they're putting it in TVs, laptops, phones and I presume eventually tablets, I don't see why they wouldn't one day put it in other phones that're not flagships.
