m-one said at page 830 that Paris & Beibei are cancelled only in Western Europe and they will get a higher speced device.
So that confirms the low specs...

There are thousands of things which can fail in the developement, c'mon!!!
Also the strategies can change too.
Paris/Pnext on an old processors is complete bulls..t.

Actually both views may be true. All the devices are labelled SE 123, so who knows what model is where.
The best scenario for me is that SE saw the need to do some improvement (hw and/or fw or even a new design entirely) and that is why they postponed the announcement. Personally I think that is a good sign.

No, cannot say more.
I don't know the latest strategy.
All I can say - Pnext was really strong spec-swise.
So, delay maye be due to:
1. Improvements
2. Strategy plans.

Then the upgraded paris is going to be just for western europe?????
