Rhino, a while ago i had an iMate. It was great... for a while. But the novelty wears off quickly when you realize just how few really good apps there are for it. In your situation (i.e. not really into apps etc) you may find that MobiPocket on it is STUNNING, to say the least
If possible, play with the phone for a few days before committing to anything.
