@Ihe, cold bath does the opposite for me- sends me to sleep fast. Just watching movies keeps me awake these days. How do you cope @ work after a night like this?

@brym,I also love movies but right now,I'm still on d novel I started on xmas day.It wldnt have taken so much time if not 4 interferanc frm visitors.My appearanc on nytshift was aided by yuletide holidays.I'm not sure I'll continue when I hav 2 wake up by 6am or therabout.

@Ihe, No break 4 us, but we are moving to a new office. So I stroll in by 10am(we usually resume @ 9), assist in packing & co-ordinating and take my several coffee breaks. Lunch is provided by company, so I take full advantage to order 4 pizza or sharwana. (Make garri rest small). I close by 5 and crash immediately I get home.

@brym,funny!I laugh,must u name all d food items includg d garri.I own & coordinate my growg business company.Lead my salesboys(apprentice)by example & report 2 office b4 7.30am & leave around 6pm.Also have 2 report at intervals at UNILAG wher I run a masters degree program.
