Honami is definitely going to be "niche" device. it is just too big. It makes me wonder what makes it bigger than Xperia Z. Sony will not sell much of Honami.
I could not even more disappointed about Honami. I wish it should have remained as a rumour. At least there, it was more worthy of aniticipating its announcement. Now, there's not something to look forward too. Honami turns out to be a disappointing device.
I just wish there's another waterproof device coming something like a combination of Xperia ZL, SP, and A. I would rather buy this device if it existed.

Well you sound like a guy that would be most satisfied with updated Z with S800, with almost all the benefits of Honami (minus the huge camera) and more pocket friendly measures.
I don't know if Z2 is gonna happen, but if so, you should really consider it.

I think that render from system dump is some kind of a random render, it's certainly is not representable of Honami's final design...

ok...this one also got 1 tiny led strip at the bottom as i can see..
but the leak pic and the render look pretty match...
if the final design turned out to be this..many people will be disappointed as rumor say it is most beautiful xperia ever...
i do hope the mystery s800 announce on 4th of july with small bezel 13mp exmor rs..triluminos...x reality...
