and any info about 120fps 720p recording and 60fps 1080p...

no floating touch word in the settings
it has TimeShift camera like this

Steadyshot is hardware based, not software. i.e. it is NOT digital stabilization like in Xperia phones so far.
In body stabilization isn't very likely IMO so it is most probably Optical Steadyshot as Sony has the experience from Nokia Lumia 920/925/928 sensors it made.
