First one with iso 100 or 200, I suppose. Less noise in the dark makes the pictures shaper than the second one.
However, in the second pictures, there is more light because the light was reflected by you. Next time, try with self-timer funcion from the fone.

First one has more "contrast"
as a result the image looks "sharper"
I did use self timer funtion on both shoots
I clicked 3 times each pcture and choosed the better one
The second picture has a ISO=320 (and the other 2 taked with same settings too)
The first one has ISO=200 (and the other 2 taked with same settings too)
But, both pictures where shooted with camera on auto mode
Second picture, default settings.
First picture, settings customized to:
contrast=02
brightness=09
saturation=08
exposure=fe
I'm not sure if those are the best settings in all light conditions
I'm just testing and show the results.
