@UE, i didn't know what IMHO ment once before to, so i PM'd mass
i also sometimes use TBH (To Be Honest)
i used to go snowboarding at a dry ski slope in glocester, but since i fell over once ang nearly broke a bone with thoes massive holes, i started going to a snowdome in Tammworth, as it doesn't hurt as much, it's easier, and more fun IMHO
i always refer to IMHO as In My Honest Opinion

i use them all, depending on how controversial i think my opinion might be. if i think i'm on fairly firm ground i'll use IMO, but if i think my opinion will be less widely regarded i'll use IMHO. i rarely use TBH, but then only to attack a position i previously held or to point out the shortfalls of which i am already aware.
e.g. IMO murder is bad. those who commit it should be hanged IMHO. however, TBH hanging a murderer makes us no better than they are.
sure that's not a very sophisticated example, but you get my point
