(In a Harry Enfield way)
Calm down, calm down!
Updated specifications are important, after all

have to compete with the likes of Nokia and Apple to produce something that has upto date, nay leading technical abilities and capture some of the wow factor that Apple has.
As numerous people have said, it's felt a while since

have a product that was as impressive as the P910 at the time of its launch. It's easy to start having doubts that they'll be able to deliver a cool, UIQ based smartphone but as much as we're hopeful everyone has their limits.
I guess if we lived in ignorance until official announcements turned up we'd be none the wiser but hundreds of rumour postings later we're all just worked up to frustration.
Here's hoping for good news soon.

But X1 is insanely high specced. I dont think you people are gonna get what you want for a long time. With UIQ3.3 you will get neither VGA screen nor multitouch, nor a new UI. N you wont get all of the specs you want, just most things, which are supported by UIQ3.3. I personally am prepared to wait for UIQ4, it should be worth it. Else I get the X1 and thats it. That all makes sense so far, but then what of that device shown at Javaone? The only logical explanation for its large screen size is that it runs WM also. So dont get your hopes up too high ppl. Be realistic.

Regarding the announcement tomorrow, what are the chances that Moto and SE will start collaborating on UIQ?

From GSMArena's Motorola ZN5 article:
"[...]All recently leaked Motorola phones seem to use that OS [Linux Montavista 2.6.1] and that makes us wonder what happened to UIQ ones - Motorola used to be highly involved with UIQ technology in the past."
This is just speculation, but maybe Motorola is going to pull out from UIQ?
