Another one to browse from the PC using cell as modem is doing this:
setup your cellphone with the pc.
create a conenction in your cellphione using the following info:
-APN: your internet apn (no wap)
Another is to use a HTTP based proxy like flyproxy as the proxy in the conenction.
APN: your internet APN (can be WAP APN too)
user and pass: empty
Proxy: flyproxy.com
Port: 80
