I really prefer the Black Theme... hope it's changeable
but the style it's really great... sooo minimalist, nearer to the Google Experience may I say... and YAY for the multiple small apps!
And I love how the calendar looks

Ever heard of the Asylum ROM in xda ? Each and every follower is an ardent black lover.I've been a user of the ROM since it came out - everything is black.It gets old after a while, believe me.
Personally, I love the new white on the apps.I hope someone manages to port this to the Galaxy Note.
At least until the new Note3 or the new HTC(Two?) or the iPhone 5S is released, cause then we'll have someone who is willing to throw away a perfectly good device dirt-cheap(relatively speaking
) cause he wants to buy the new HTC device

The new settings menu looks a bit cartoony imo. Btw Android 4.3 seems to improve performance quite a bit.

Only thing changes I've heard so far are minor, camera app, WiFi always on for location information

as i know is gpu performance..based on s4 android 4.3 benchmark improvement..

There are various benchmarks of the 4.3 test build for S4 that show it scoring higher than 4.2.2. Also most that have used it say it feels smoother and snappier. However the battery does drain fast but that's most likely due to it being a test build...
