if i go with the wotan, and lose the branding, would the phone still work with the THREE network? from what ive read, i lose the THREE internet settings, etc. is there anyway to back it up?
also, what version of flash do i need? i can get the SE update service to run. i tried installing Flash 8 and 9.

One thing that I've noticed since updating is that I no longer need a finger nail to turn the phone on. A light touch of the on button now works. Definitely an improvement.

Improvement note - R1ED001 - camera pictures save a LOT FASTER now when taken. (ie. snap sound, and then write to memory) Almost instant, no lag at all.

I have an unbranded k800i and i've made it work on the 3 network australia by simply entering the correct settings into it.
You'll find the required settings here, i know it says w900 but those are k800i settings that i posted:

You can update the EROM by going to wotanserver.com. They do this for free.
