yes you can see to what port it is connecting to. the free sites connect to port 8080 and is made to only respond to that port and you can not use a free site for unlimited browsing purposes

@ all who are having trouble with MTN, they have shutdown the im.mtn.co.za site! What the Furk! This is CRAP! I tell u! Right when I really need it! We gonna have to find a new free site!
Okay after stumbling through some blogs ppl have already come up with solutions;
MTN offers free browsing on
www.mtnloaded.co.za only if u have the MTN Musiq price plan. Good we have a new free site only problem is that in order to register for this new price plan u need a down payment of 15 bucks, another fault is that your have to be a prepaid customer. If u are on MTN top up like me u can't register!
What CRAP!
