They could have exchanged the place of the buttons and the text XPERIA, because now the buttons look in the middle of nowhere.

My wishlist for it's features is:
11-12 mm thickness
at least 720 MHz CPU
5 or 8 MP camera + (at least) double LED flash, touch focus, smile detection, etc. (why not HD video recording as well)
16 GB internal memory
Bluetooth 3 + wi-fi
Divx video support
Graphics accelerator
And if priced properly, it'll be a winner

Not the best, but still good for this smaller screen. Compared to the iPhones (3,5") this one is sharper.
