skblakee On MIUI I just uninstalled it by dragging it to the top of my homescreen so what it is called in Titanium Backup I dont know.I installed it again just to see if I can see it on the list in TB but for some strange reason there is nothing there called Voice Talk or an app with a different name but a matching icon.Tsepz uninstalled it from TB.Maybe he can help you.

Rikken

I am very satisfied with my SII, runs like a well oiled machine, and takes heavy usage without breaking a sweat. Im not sure if the GS3 is a big enough step, plus due to it having the same RAM and ROM space as the GS2 i get the feeling that the S2 will get Jellybean, plus spec wise there's still very few smartphones that match the GS2.
Im still amazed by the Exynos4210 chip the S2 and the Galaxy Note have, a simple overclock of the GPU and and overclock the CPU as well in GS2 to 1.4GHz and despite still running at a lower clock speed they are edgeing into One X territory in benchmarks.

Skblakee

Is your S2 rooted? If so then just get Titanium Backup then in the app select Backup/Restore, scroll down to Voice Command, click on it and select Back-up then click on it again and select Uninstall, done.

Im finally running a custom ROM! Actually i did this earlier this week then flashed back to stock Samsung due to an issue i had with the ROM, but im now back on it and sticking with it.

Im running Slim ICS by Krarvind. Its pure Android ICS 4.0.4 the way Google intended it but with some addons by its dev. Them ROM altogether (Base, Essentials and GApps) is around 90mb, the base itself is around 44mb.
Loving it so far, its fast, lite and fluid.
Here's its thread at XDA:

And here are some screenshots i took of my setup:

Comes with an interesting Music player called Apollo

Customisable notification bar:

Slim ROM customising menu in Settings:

Bare Android4.0, im loving it.
