Hi.

Does Anyone know when the new P990i Firmware (R9A) is going to be released?

Is it a Rumour?

I Seriously require it. I have a Orange P990i, and it crashes over 4 times a day. The phone runs Extremly Slow, Takes too long to Load MP3 Music in the Music Player, Applications Crash and phone Freezes.

I Hate the Dreadfull Orange Activity Menu.

Is there anyway other than wait for the R9A Firmware to be released to cure these issues?

Anyway to put the Generic Sony Ericsson P990i Firmware on it?

Please Help if Anyone can.

Thanks in Advance.

@Residentevil Dont know for sure if they are. But there can still be a new f/w out there, just that they have not heard anything about it. Thats my hope...

@a27aab
Welcome to Esato but unfortunately just because their is new firmware doesn't mean Orange will make it available as soon as it is. You also are not able to debrand and remove the Orange customisations well not yet anyway although i doubt it will ever be possible IMO.
