I've noticed. They're useless, and their website is crap for finding info too.

Did anyone happen to watch Campbell Live a couple of weeks ago when they talked about how VF was charging $1 to call them about problems? I was like "Finally!" but then I missed watching it. Does anybody know what was said and whether anything has come out of it?

Haha that last one was awesome. Good on him.

But that one about the $1 charge is a load of bull. It really annoys me... Some info isn't worth a dollar, especially when you're being put through to someone in Egypt that doesn't even speak English properly. A few months back my mum had some questions about roaming costs, and they're not even on the website! If they expect people to be using their website, they should at least make it helpful. T*ssers.

Oh yeah and they said that the cost of a call to customer services is $3-$10 depending on the length of the call. Surely they could make that cheaper by just having the call centre locally.

There used to be a menu option for topping up with a credit card registered to your "my vodafone" account; now you have to pay $1/min to talk to some call centre drongo who does it for you! With that kind of treatment of customers who would bloody sign up to a contract lol.

On another note, my insider has confirmed that any vodafone mobile will be able to connect to telecom's gsm network if they buy a telecom simcard....

roll on june.......
