Honami also supports the feature to take a pic and share while on a call, just like Galaxy Zoom
Also High Speed Shutter and Backlight Correction HDR

cool. i've never tried, but can't you do that now? the active call should just go into the background and then you can use the camera and then share it. *shrug* i probably wouldn't use it but it's nice to have i guess

Hmm, I didn't even realize that was not a feature of modern smartphones.
Anyone want to guess at the shock resistance rating of Honami? IIRC Sonys rugged cameras usually have a shock rating of 5 feet. Is it likely Honami will have this too?

Just a random guess, but since it's rumored that they're using a scaled down version of the sensor used on the new RX100 II, it was probably easier to go this route than to try and build a much larger stacked sensor in an Exmor RS.
Either way, if this camera can even come close to the original RX100 camera I'll be EXTREMELY excited. When you factor in the improved sensor and newer JPEG algorithm, it very well might be able to produce shots comparable to the original RX100.

Well with this you don't need to exit, just take a pic and share
Also Honami has
iSweepPanaroma feature for 220 degree panaroma shots

Hrmm, another question to ask is if the memory Sony normally uses internally in their phones fast enough to write 4K video recordings to? If not, I would hope they're using a faster solution.

@moogoo It highly depends on the encoding method being used. H265 has been developed to greatly reduce the size of 4k videos, or any other resolution, while retaining the same or better quality than H264. I wonder if Honami will use H265 btw.
I think that H265 was announced for S800 successor. Even if it comes on S800 it will come as a later update and as such wouldn't be a default codec on Honami.
