So we now have flagship Cybershot and a rumored flagship Walkman. What's left is a flagship business phone to complete the trio. Rumor says it's canceled. Hopefully SE won't release it as "G700 business edition" LOL!

Yeah well now the X1 seems to be the business phone.

Exactly my thought.
Strongly advertised and powerful.

And i'd bet the walkman/javaone phone is windows mobile. As uiq can't do res. Above 240/320.

I think its more likely an XMB phone. Sony seem very keen on this whole compatibility thing that they want all their devices to share. I also get the feeling that this might be a phone that has more Sony influence. And why not XMB? Its the only decent platform SE have acsess to at the moment, its been great for the PSP and PS3, so why not bring it to a phone. I see this more as a Sony phone than a SE phone.

isnt iphone res 320 x 400 or something like that? It looks decent res as it is. Maybe UIQ would be able to support something like that...

...What makes some of us angry is just wasted and degenerated possibilities, starting from visionary P800 to the death of UiQ today.
And the problem is: I don't see any other 100% suitable device, like SE/UIQ did suit me for years.
If I'd see it, I would not bother commenting this poor situation.
My thoughts exactly.

We do sort of have an XMB interface for the media galleries only. I would much rather see it used throughout the entire device.
