@jcpsad
not sure pero i was constantly using ipaq & t68 while on the road during the long vacation.
@high, I was using my t68 as a modem for my IPAQ kaya may charge
But I really wont pay them unless they can show me what publications they used to announce it

No announcements in Bulletin, Star and Inquirer. Text messages could not be considered as official advisories because it is a value added service and the subscriber is not bound to read it. There is absolutely no proof that you are aware of such messages UNLESS
1. A reply was requested that the subscriber has received the message or
2. That the subscriber has admitted reading such a message (like through this thread)
It's really funny that I have not received any text message regarding the notification... And this is the truth!
I completely agree with dlreyes!

@calvin - i think the only logical explanation why u werent informd of the gprs charging is because u stil werent using the service when they sent off all those sms to their subscribers. But then agn u can always point out that u werent aware, and even if u were, they cnt prove it bec they didnt document their announcement - as dlreyes has explained. Tel them that ur ready to take the issue to dti's attention.

@mari, I have been using Globe's gprs since last year and up to now, there has not been a notification on my end (text or otherwise). Even Globe's 6 page letter on gprs settings does not indicate that gprs would soon be charged.
Please be kind to Globe's CS... they are just instructed to say what they have to answer by their bosses who are likewise intsructed by their bosses.

Globe also gives feedback to their subscribers via text, phone call and e-mail. I know because i always get a response when i bring a concern to their attention
