A slightly updated version......its basically a R1N035 with a re-written code to try to improve high volume performance.
Will try to rectify the loudspeaker hiss.

just loved the way it made my phone sound great the mp3s are now good, even at high volumes i combined the first file and the w900 play2.apf and the walkman player never sounded this good.
the hiss on the loudspeaker really doesn't bother me, playing mp3s through loudspeaker just makes me recharge within a day. great work still, as i mostly llisten from my earphones

Further to my previous post, after playing for a while with the final beta driver I can confirm that hissing noise is gone and overall sound quality is very good, only a little distortion at highest volume (I will try your latest driver later on, Akshay). Hissing when using the speaker is not really an issue imho.
It is also very interesting to see that the crackle noises in between the songs also seem to have dissapeared. Well done Akshay !

I've got "Final beta" in my K750i for almost two days now, meaning I listened to music and radio for almost 6 hours.
I can definitely say that the small, not so often happening, hissing sound I had has disappeared.
Gone also the cracking sound while switching from one file to another!
Thank you so much!!!

Akshay,
What do you suggest?
R1BC "acoustic" + No Hissing + PHF_2_play.apf
or
R1BC "acoustic" + PHF_2_play.apf only?

R1BC+ Phf_2_play.apf should work fine........wile release a complete set of play files in about a weeks time and after that a complete set of ring and call files......will try to increase earpiece volume next.
Regards,
Akshay

On my K750i with fw R1CA, I had no major hissing sound problem but had some cracking noise when switching from one MP3 file to another.
To try, I only put that "PHF_2_play.apf" file in my phone: all sound great usnig the headphones.
But I came to find some problem, maybe already existing with the orignial file (I'll change back to my old "PHF_2_play.apf" to confirm), while using the loudspeaker.
So here we go:
1) Play some MP3 using loudspeakers
2) Select the equalizer menu and pass other each possible selection (no need to validate)
=> After passing over the selections once or twice, a "chainsaw" sound came out of my speaker! I had to exit the player to stop it...
I reproduce the phenomenon easily...
Can anyone reproduce it also?
