like u seem to get good deals on 500 txts and that, for 25 a month etc but i really need the 1000 txts and im more than happy to pay an extra 10 a month for 500 more, specially as pic msgs cost 4 txts and i send loads of them.. sorted

i ordered my k800 at 5pm this evening (finally after O2 systems had been down all day)

i got a confirmation email about 5 mins later saying my order had gone through and another one about 10 mins later saying it has been passed to the warehouse for shipping.

if i get it tomorrow in the post i'll eat my hat! im hoping for it by friday though.

So how are you people getting all these amazing contract deals?
Sorry if is already been said
I heard something about retenations (spelling) dept or something, but i dont know the number.
Thanks

the retentions dept is just their customer services, just select the options you want and go from there, number is 08706007102.

just ask for the best they can do for you, ask about loyalty programmes etc. can get knocked 20% off line rental.

hope this helps

I ordered the phone.. got o2 online so £49.99 for the phone

200mins
500txts cos i mainly txt anyway

i normally top up between £30 a month anyway.. and get 150 off peak mins and 300messages for that

so i work out now i spend £200 a year average on credit...

so its only like im buying the phone from the shop for £169.99 im happy anyway..

can't wait to get it.. just one question.. if the phone breaks or anything, because i bought it online.. where can i go.. can i take it back to o2 shops?

Craggg, o2 have been pretty good with me. You just phone them up. My k750 broke twice. They tell you to pack it into an envelope and send it recorded delivery to an address. They then send you a replacement

I just got a free upgrade from O2.

100 mins, 100 texts and a free K800! Should be £25 pm, but I got it for £15!
So £180 a year! Bargain!

Plus I dont even use that contract, I use my 500 mins, 500 texts one!

How can I find my O2 order number or status guys?

I've vague memories of seeing it at the end of the checkout process, but I haven't been emailed it or anything.

When I login to my o2 account, they don't seem to have any information on it, if I click "view my bill" I just get a menu page and it says "Mobile number: null", like I don't even have an account with them.
