Nokia's have far better screen. Where they have surpassed QVGA, SE just incorporated QVGA. Not to mention their rediculously small screen size(2.0'') compared to 2.4'' and 2.6'' of nokia.
Have u seen the K800s screen in real life?
It'll be a decade before SE puts those kind of displays intheir phones.
What a nice and balanced stament...you are truly acting like a dumb nokia fanboy
The fact that you cant just simply admit that Nokia has created a better device is fan boyish enough.
And just wait and see, you wont see any screen from SE thats more than QVGA>

I myself have a N80 but even that surpasses the K800i with the features after having owned one, with the n73 supposedly better i'm not surprised if the majority favours the N73.

You didnt bother to comment on the rest of my statement about SE's screen. Was i wrong there?

Feature wise yes the N73 is better but in day-to-day use, the K800 is much better.
I had the N73 and fet as though it was going to break on me, was very slow to load applications and the camera wasnt all that. The keypad is tiny and is hard to use. Very nice screen I will give it that and also it does look nice
I now have the K800 and it feels better, im not afraid to use it, is a tad slow when using some applications but nothing like the N73.
When people are comparing these phones you have to remember that these phones are designed for different people in my opinion.
The Nokia uses symbian which is identified with business people which will use the email and internet function and also applications such as quick word and excel.
The k800 is a dedicated camera phone and even though seems outdated as some people even myself at the lack of progress from the K750, what was wrong with the K750?
It all comes down to what and who will be using each phone. Myself personally dont need all the applications that Nokia offer and all i need is a decent phone with a good camera which is what the K800 offers me.

@QVGA-hmm, just read your post on the N91 vs W950 thread. By your own admission you pick the W950 for looks, touchscreen and, wait for it, BRILLIANT SCREEN! Exactly what are you saying about SE screens?

Nokia has better tech because it can pay for it, thats why we see better screens, connectivity, software, lens, new techs and etc.

is also very good but it doesnt match up to nokia in tech because its a smaller company and thats another reason why their phones are cheaper when compared to nokia.

If nokia is rolling out new phones, we can expect problems, its understandable.
But if SE rarely comes up with a high end phone, why does it have tons of problems? Just look at Esato. Countless people have reported dead K800's. Manufacturing problems(peeling keypad).
Of course....people dont create threads such as "My K800 has no probs"....forums are to help people solve problems

nalbagli,
thats not an argument.
What he meant is that we have tons of threads about dead and faulty k800, more than we usually see about other phones, for example like when k750 was released.

Yes. MY N71 easily beats it in color saturation. Pictures looks very clear and vivid. And please oh please, dont tell me two inches is enough. ITs nearly not enough. Web browsing on 2.4inches is superb and also video playback.
And dont even get me started on the N90 and N80 display. It'll be a decade before SE puts those kind of displays intheir phones.
You talk as if Nokia have always used 2.4 inches for screens since the dawn of them making phones.
Nokia always rush out things ane never perfect it or at the other extreme wait til last and still put out inferior technology.
I dit=ched my nokia n90m because I couldnt encode clips at high quality as my k800.

Lol Yeah he condradicts himself.
What do you expect from a fanboy with no real knowledge. Then again hes stuck out in the sticks in Pakistan so let him be.
A lot of people in parts of the world where technology arrives late tend not to have any real insight into types of phones but instead jump up at the first one that comes out.
For years SE has always been ahead of Nokia in terms of imaging. The perfected the autofocus with the s700 whilst Nokia still used fixed focus.
You talk of your n71 as being better than the k800 qvga yet that in reality is one of the cheapeset made Nokia handsets.. There is an interview with a Nokia rep and he actually talks about the different n range phones and in a nutshell he talks of the n7* range being the lowest.
You can brag all you want but there are still bugs toda with the n80 that havent been fixed and how long has it been out? What does that say for Nokia that they fitst delayed the n80s release by 3 months due to symbian issues which are supposed to be so advanced and they are yet facing problems.
Infact the n71 was considered such a waste of a phone UK didnt even bring it out on general release. LOL
