For those who want to convert their phones easily, here is a pack with all the files you need to convert your K800 to K810, plus some little modding included.

Is it worth flashing? Hows the phones performance and what ouststanding bugs do we still have?

Also if we dont like it we can reflash back to k800i and it will undo the acoustics and camera mod?

not that too much...track id and photo fix is the only difference betwee k810 and k800 firmware., the performance is still the same., the only bug is while on camera mode the number 789 has a dimmer light while the *0# has no light.,

the phone is still recognised as k800 in seus...after flashing(using seus) when we press the volume(to get phone status) the phone model is still k810., but the photofix and track id is not there.,

when using xs++., we will only need the main and FS when flashing it back to k800?

Yes , but if you will only Main Firware .
K800 with K810 Main Firmware -you have only Photo fix , when flashing File System with K810 FS - you have "new" phone K810 ( and TrackID ).
When update K800 with K810 software SEUS return again K800 original software ( R1KG001 ).

No , you can'nt mod K800 ( CID 51 ) to K810 ( CID 52 ) , only when update your phone with SEUS to last version R1KG001 ( CID 52 ).

Use the SEUS ? Then what should i do? i can't download fw and main of k810 from topsony, where can i find the fw and main for my phone ( CID HONG KONG)?, thanks

I had flashed my phone through XS++ to its latest firmware R1KG001 so i can convert it to k810i. but when i checked my phone's info in XS++:
