Oh yea, and also the fact that I've been waiting since July for my upgrade adds to the anticipation an awful lot.

Yea, my upgrade was due in July as well so been hanging on. Also lost my K800 a few weeks back so now need to get new phone so think will end up getting K850 even though disappointed with spec. Thinking of it more as a temp phone until either it's successor with WiFi/GPS comes out or the N82 materialises.

No, if you get an O2 contract phone, in 99% of cases the phone's firmware is branded(and flash menus disabled, etc), not generic, which also means the handset is NOT a generic/sim-free one. Hence the different CDA numbers for O2 branded phones......

Where did you get that information? They told me they didnt know which one they were getting yet, and after checking they thought it looked blue.
I've been trying to contact t-mob customer services for the last 30 minutes without success. Calling 150 and pressing every option just gives me an automated service. I called the expensive 0808 advantage plan helpline and they confirmed that the web'n'walk price plans recieve the discount, but unless I can contact retentions between now and the phone being despatched, I'll be put onto just Flext 35 with no web'n'walk. I only have today to sort it out as Im working the rest of the week
I sent them an e-mail with the full request for price plan information and to give me a call back today or to tel me how to get through the automated service.
